1. Change of Mind Returns:

While we are not obligated to accept change of mind returns, we value our customers and will consider such requests on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to return a product for reasons other than defects or damages, please contact our customer service team to discuss your situation and we will be in touch as quickly as possible.

2. Return Request Timeframe:

We kindly request that you submit any return requests within 7 days of receiving your order. This allows us to promptly address your concerns and provide a suitable solution. Return requests submitted after this period may be subject to additional considerations.

3. Faulty Items in Accordance with Australian Consumer Law:

If you receive a faulty or defective item, we are committed to rectifying the issue in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Please contact us via our contact page as soon as possible to make us aware of any issues arising from faulty, defective or damaged orders. Please describe the issue and provide clear photos to communicate the issue.

Upon confirming the fault and if it is covered under warranty, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund as per your preference. We would normally request the faulty item be sent back to us, where we will provide you with a shipping label enabling you to post the order.

5. Return Authorization:

Where a change of mind return is granted, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping by post. This does not include returns due to faulty products or warranty issues. Please ensure that items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Change of mind returns may be denied if an item has not been securely packaged prior to being posted back.

7. Refunds and Processing Time:

Refunds for approved returns will be processed promptly. Please allow sufficient time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
